At the heart of Loba Collective is an all-woman team of skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds in construction, design, and business management. Our founders bring over two decades of combined experience in residential construction and design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of clients. Our team’s expertise and commitment to excellence drive our ability to execute complex projects with precision and care.
Loba Collective is deeply rooted in the Taos County community. Our work not only addresses the urgent need for affordable housing but also creates local jobs and supports economic growth. What we do
New Home Construction: We offer custom and standardized housing solutions that are both affordable and energy-efficient.
Home Rehabilitation: We restore and repurpose existing housing units to provide safe, comfortable living spaces.
Prefab Construction: We’re looking for a site for a new fabrication facility in Questa NM that will allow us to build faster and cost-effectively without compromising quality. If you’d like to partner on this, we’d love to hear from you.

DESIGN
Hallie has over 10 years of experience in the field of residential design. She co-founded a residential design and construction start-up company in Pittsburgh, PA that successfully utilizes off-site construction methods to deliver contemporary, energy efficient urban housing to affordable developers.

Jodi
BUILD
Jodi is a master craftswoman with almost 30 years of experience in the residential construction industry. For the majority of those years, she owned and operated a painting and finishing company that evolved into a full residential remodeling business in Pittsburgh, PA. She has successfully completed a number of small projects in Northern New Mexico, as well as taking over and completing an adobe rehabilitation and addition.

OPERATIONS
Odalys brings strategic leadership with her expertise in project management and operations from her 11-year tenure at a Fortune 500 company. She’s led numerous multi-million dollar digital projects from planning through completion in a corporate setting with significant regulatory oversight.
